How do I make a deposit?

Open your wallet and choose Deposit. Pick the coin and network. You'll get a deposit address.

Send only on the network shown for that address. A wrong network means the funds can't be credited. The minimum is shown before you send.

Your wallet shows every supported coin and network. Once the network confirms your transfer, it lands in your balance.

Where is my deposit?

Your deposit is confirming on the network. That's the blockchain side, not us.

It lands the moment it reaches the required confirmations, usually within minutes. Track it on the explorer with your transaction hash.

If the explorer shows it confirmed but your balance hasn't updated, give it a few minutes. Still nothing? Message us with the transaction hash. Don't send a second deposit to chase the first.

I made a mistake with my deposit

Wrong network, or a coin we don't list. The funds can't be credited. In most cases they can't be recovered. Message us with the transaction hash and we'll confirm what's possible.

XRP without a destination tag. Don't send again. Message us with the transaction hash and the amount. We'll match it manually.

Below the minimum. The deposit can't be credited. In most cases it can't be returned. The minimum shows before you send.

Sent to an old deposit address. Message us with the transaction hash and we'll trace it.
