How does loyalty work?

You're in from day one. Every bet earns XP, across casino and sports, and XP moves you up through six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Maxxed at the top.

Each tier unlocks more: cashback, level-up rewards, birthday rewards, personal bonuses. Your progress and the XP rates show on the Loyalty page. Ghost Mode changes nothing here. XP never expires, and tiers only move up.

How does cashback work?

Cashback is real money, credited straight to your main balance. Play with it or withdraw it. No wagering.

Instant cashback lands as you play. Weekly cashback is paid every Monday, monthly cashback on the 1st. The rate depends on your tier and shows on the Loyalty page.

Do loyalty rewards have wagering?

None. Loyalty rewards are yours in full.

Cashback and race prizes land as real money in your main balance. Free spins from loyalty rewards pay their winnings the same way. Nothing to play through, nothing to unlock.

Level-up wheel, birthdays, personal bonuses

Level-up wheel. Hit a new level, spin. Prizes vary by tier: free spins or cash, credited automatically.

Birthday rewards. From Platinum tier, free spins and a bonus every year on your birthday.

Personal bonuses. Offers built from how you play. Rather not receive them? Message us and we'll turn them off.

How do races work?

Races are timed leaderboards, ranked by your total wagered during the race window. Every game counts, and the board updates live. Ghost Mode players take part with their name hidden.

Prizes are real money to your main balance, no wagering, credited instantly once final positions are confirmed. In rare cases it can take up to 24 hours. Longer than that? Message us with the race name.
