Collegiate owns and manages student accommodation across the UK, including properties in Spain and Portugal.

Useful information

Students can book rooms online. Depending on the time of year, they can book for a period of the remainder of the current academic year, or for the whole of the next one. At the time of writing the summer bookings are being taken, and the next academic year is 22/23.

Each home page shows the rooms available and gives options for booking for the remainder of an academic year (may have options for number of weeks tenancy, e.g. 28 wks, 34 wks) and the next academic year. If the current academic year has ended, it’ll only have options for the next one.

The FAQs below are broken down into general information covering Collegiate as a whole, student FAQs for things related to living with Collegiate and parents FAQs for information parents might want to know.

Then the FAQs has a list of all of the locations where accommodation is based. Note that some locations have more than one property, so please be aware of this.

Make sure the index on the left is expanded so you can see all the locations!

Each property within a location has the same Q&A format, so when answering make sure you’re taking the information from the correct location/property, as the questions are duplicated for all locations.

On each property page there is the same information set, laid out in the same template. This includes details of the property, a 360 tour, offers, features, gallery, availability and booking, map with distances to key places, downloadable useful documents, testimonials and an enquiry form.

If the visitor wants to know more about the property and you can’t find the information, take their details and raise as normal, whilst also completing the CRM form.

If they are interested in booking, encourage them to use the room booking options under the title ‘FIND OUT WHAT'S AVAILABLE’.

If they’re asking about availability, you can see this from the ‘FIND OUT WHAT'S AVAILABLE’ section yourself, as the drop down options show if something is sold out or not.

Each location page has its own FAQs related to the property(ies) there and the local area. This includes an overview of the types of rooms available and their size, price and facilities.
