You can move into your room on the contract start date. You will receive a moving in guide with all information in due course.

Before you move in, you will have to  complete the following:

• Fill in the online check-in form - To make your Check-In process as smooth as possible, you will be required to complete the following on your Collegiate Portal:
• Sign your Tenancy Agreement Share
• Send copies of student identification documents
• Paid your first rental instalment, or full rent if applicable.

All documentation needs to be uploaded as attachments directly to your online Collegiate account. Without complete documentation, you will not be able to move in.

Absolutely no keys will be issued if a resident has not completed any of the above requirements.
