m3ter (pronounced 'meter') is a flexible usage-based pricing (UBP) platform that helps customers manage complex pricing by calculating error-free bills and sending them to systems across their business.

Usage-based pricing (UBP) is a pricing model where customers are charged based on their consumption of services or products, rather than a flat rate. This is historically difficult for businesses to manage and control, so m3ter's software can be used to simplify the process.

Our role:

• Understand the visitors requirements to make sure usage-based pricing (UBP) or complex pricing through m3ter is suitable for them.
• If the visitor appears to be a good fit for m3ter, our goal is to raise leads for discovery calls (we don't book these in ourselves). There are 4 questions in the script steps we must ask visitors, with the 4th being essential to qualify them. This isn't via a calendar, just a normal lead.
• If the visitor isn't interested in a discovery call and just wants to speak to someone, take details.
• Answer basic questions about m3ter, such as intergrations, API and security. Any technical questions can be answered during a demo, so if the visitor wants to know more, always suggest a demo.
• If the visitor is an existing customer and needs support, guide them to the support system (https://m3ter.myfreshworks.com).
