Can I use the judge's opinion to negotiate a settlement with my spouse?

Absolutely. The judge’s opinion provides a neutral starting point for negotiations. It can be a valuable tool in reaching a settlement agreement, or before you begin the process you can both agree that you will accept whatever the judge recommends. While we do not provide mediation services ourselves, we have identified qualified mediators who can assist you with finalising negotiations on financial settlements and child access arrangements. Please note that these mediation services should be paid for separately and are not included in our offerings.
