Weir Law focuses on will-writing, probate/confirmation, bereavement law, inheritance protection, succession planning, incapacity law and elderly care. They’re based in Glasgow, Scotland.
Our role is to:
- Understand the requirements of the visitor
- Answer any questions about Weir Law
- Confirm that the visitor's legal issue is based in Scotland, take details, and raise as a lead
NOTE: They only operate in Scotland and cover Scottish law - This means as long as the issue is in Scotland, it doesn't matter where the visitor is.
