Yes, you can upgrade at any time as your needs change. You can do this via the licence tab.

Once you have completed the upgrade process, a new invoice will immediately be generated for the new package, regardless of whether you pay monthly or annually, and that invoice will cover you for the next month/year. Any unused money from your previous invoice will be credited on this new invoice.
