[When somebody makes a Lasting Power of Attorney, it has to be registered by the Office of the Public Guardian who charge £82 for this. So anyone who is saying that the fee has not been taken, or it has been returned or the papers have come back thinks they are messaging with the Office of the Public Guardian.]
