Our role is to:

1. Understand the requirements of the visitor and confirm if they are a new or existing client
2. Confirm requirements are a service provided by Squiggle Consult (list can be found at the end of script steps)
3. Take details, including postcode, and book a consultation via Calendly or raise as a lead (as per script steps)
   NOTE: We must always get the visitor's postcode (only the first part, for example, 'OX13' is required) when using the Calendly link. This is because it uses a dynamic postcode lookup to see where the visitor is located, and offers them meeting options based on this. The client has created a video explaining this.
