The HS36ACF is Soken’s semi-automatic, higher volume heat sealer. It is manually fed and seals automatically, using a high pressure air compressor. It can seal up to 4 packs simultaneously, while providing optimum seal integrity. An integrated film transport and precise cutting system will makes this one of our most versatile machines. Incorporating technology adapted from Soken’s high speed linear automatic sealing machines, it provides an adjustable seal time, temperature and pressure to suit your packs. So, if you change your packaging, we can change your tooling plates to suit, ensuring maximum and flexible use of your sealer. Added to which, it’s also fast and highly efficient in both time and labour. Incorporated into the design is the ability to also seal blister packaging.
