Fully electric, almost silent, multiple pack, cardboard heat sealer Soken HS35EC

A new, semi-automatic, higher volume, all electric power sealing system. It seals up to 4 packs simultaneously. It is manually fed and seals automatically using Soken’s patented unique electric drive system. Minimum effort is required to achieve an optimum and consistent sealing result. With virtually no sound, it is ideal for all environments, particularly where compressed air is not permitted. Incorporating technology adapted from Soken’s high-speed linear automatic sealing machines, it provides an adjustable seal time, seal temperature and pressure to suit your requirements. A versatile sealer, it can accommodate a wide variety of different cardboard packaging. So, if you change your packaging, we can change your tooling plates. It’s fast, flexible, efficient and very, very quiet. Incorporated into the design is the ability to also seal blister packaging. An optional bespoke mobile unit is available for ease of movement, with integral plate drawers and compressor shelf.
