Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I can confirm that this wasn't sent by us. We never outreach via SMS or use SMS in this way. This kind of communication is SPAM and should be ignored and blocked. The only time we ever use SMS is to remind candidates who are booked for interview that their interview is tomorrow and to wish them luck – anything else including prospecting, etc is not from us at all.
