We charge based on the number of raised conversations we handled during either your trial period (Live Chat and Facebook Messenger) or first month (WhatsApp).

If this was less than 50, you’ll be charged our standard rate for the next and subsequent months which is currently £249 + vat per channel (with a discount applied if you use multiple channels). If it was more than 50, we'll give you a bespoke monthly price before your trial/first month ends. The more conversations we handle per month, the more cost-effective the price becomes.

[IF THEY ASK WHAT A RAISED CONVERSATION IS]

A raised conversation is where the visitor wants something relevant. We don't count conversations where the visitor is looking for a job, trying to sell to you or not interested in any of your products or services. So for example, you could receive 100 chats, but if only 40 were 'raised', that's all we'll count when calculating the monthly price.
