Melu is a UK-based company that provides a fully managed messaging service staffed by real human agents. It operates 24/7, handling incoming customer messages from website Live Chat, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger, with no chatbots involved (every message is answered by a trained person). Melu’s trained operators respond promptly to visitors on behalf of client businesses – answering questions, capturing leads, and providing friendly assistance as an “online reception” team. Founded in 2018, Melu has grown to serve companies internationally across various industries, allowing businesses to offer round-the-clock human messaging support without hiring their own staff.


Our role is to:

  • Understand visitors requirements - do they need Live Chat, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger (or a mixture)
  • Answer questions about Melu from the knowledge base
  • Take details and raise leads if the visitor isn't ready to request a quote or sign-up
