If you received little or no raised conversations during your first paid month after trial, you cannot get a refund. However, you’re not committed to continue into your second paid month, so you are free to cancel any time.

A raised conversation is where the visitor wants something relevant. We don't count conversations where the visitor is looking for a job, trying to sell to you or not interested in any of your products or services. So for example, you could receive 100 chats, but if only 40 were 'raised', that's all we'll count when calculating the monthly price.
