Pricing is based on the volume of raised conversations you are projected to receive each month. If you are already using one of the channels we cover, we can calculate the price from that. If not, the free trial period (Live Chat and Facebook Messenger) or first month (WhatsApp) will allow us to work out whether you'll be on our standard price or a bespoke price.

Our standard price for Live Chat and Facebook Messenger after the free trial period is £249 + vat per month. This allows for up to 50 raised conversations and 24/7 coverage. For WhatsApp, we don't offer a trial, so there is a one-off set-up fee of £99 + vat and £149 + vat for the first month. Both the free trial and first month allow you to receive unlimited conversations.

If you are projected to receive more than 50 raised chats on any channel, we'll provide you with a bespoke monthly price before the end of your trial or first month.

[IF THEY ASK WHAT A RAISED CONVERSATION IS]

A raised conversation is where the visitor wants something relevant. We don't count conversations where the visitor is looking for a job, trying to sell to you or not interested in any of your products or services. So for example, you could receive 100 chats, but if only 40 were 'raised', that's all we'll count when calculating the monthly price.
