We charge based on the number of raised conversations we handle per month. For Live Chat and Facebook Messenger, we can calculate this during the free trial. For WhatsApp, the first month is a fixed price, and number of raised conversations handled define the on-going price after that.

For example, if you received 15 raised conversations during your 14-day trial for Live Chat or Facebook Messenger, we’d project that you’d get 30 in a month. Our standard rate is for up to 50 raised conversations a month, so for the next and subsequent months you'll be on this rate, unless your raised conversations numbers increase significantly and stay well above 50 a month.
