OPERATOR NOTES
LevelUp Escapes is an escape room facility based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. They currently have 2 escape rooms available, with a 3rd opening soon. They offer sessions to the public as well as team building sessions for businesses and organisations.
Our role is to:
- Guide visitors to the booking page, which has availability and pricing details.
- Take details for team building enquiries.
- If the visitor is unable to book online, take details so someone can call them back to book them in.
