LEAP helps to support as many people as possible who are at risk of going into fuel poverty. Their service is open to all types of householders – homeowners, private renters and social housing tenants.
Householders need to be eligible. Everyone that applies for LEAP will start with the LEAP Energy Advice Service and will be contacted to arrange an advice appointment with one of our Energy Advisors. When available, access to our boiler and appliance schemes is only available after the Energy Advice Service appointment, during which eligibility and suitability for those parts of the programme will be established.
Appliance scheme is opening again on the 5th May 2026
Our goal is to:
- Qualify that the visitor is looking for a service provided by LEAP.
- Answer any general questions and qualify the visitor following the Script Steps, ensuring they understand the eligibility criteria.
- Direct the visitor to the application form to apply.
