Jonathan Goodwin Solicitor Advocate is a law firm specialising in Professional Disciplinary and Regulatory work, on behalf of Regulators and individual professionals facing difficulties with their regulatory bodies. They help clients throughout England and Wales (NOT Scotland).
Our role is to:
- Identify that the visitor's requirements is a service offered by JG Law:
-They only represent professionals and firms (mainly Solicitors/Surveyors/Accountants/Licensed Conveyancers etc) who are being investigated for misconduct or facing a hearing before the Tribunal.
-They also do not do litigation or deal in professional negligence claims against law firms.
-They deal only in regulatory and professional discipline law and related matters.
-They defend people and firms who are being investigated by their Regulator and/ or are facing a hearing before their Disciplinary Tribunal. - Gather details about their enquiry
