These are machines that bring multiple lanes into single lane. There are two options:
- To follow a ‘thermoformer’ machine (sometimes called ‘horizontal form-fill-seal’ or ‘rollstock’thermoformerwhich produces multiple packs in each cycle.
- To bring two or more lines of products together neatly coming from random sources (ietwo or more separate machines).
Machine can handle packs speeds up to 180 packs per minute.
Machines are IP 67 – washdown.
Machines are available for wet operation.
Machines are designed for easy strip down / clean.
Will work with major brands: Multivac, Sealpac, Ulma, Ilpra, VC999, Pack3000, Reiser, Variovac etc.
Jenton Ariana Seal Tester / Converger machines do everything the non-random machines do above – AND – for gas flushed packs -
They pressure test every pack for seal leakage and reject leaking packs.
