Youth Leadership is both conducted in the classroom but also outdoors. In Youth Leadership our students complete tasks and activities as a team and reflect on the outcomes to learn more about the impact they can make, the importance of using their own voice and how to develop their own personal goals and dreams.

The "Youth Leadership Programme Guide" by ISSOS is designed to offer a transformative, holistic educational experience that contrasts with traditional schooling.
[PAUSE 10 SECONDS]
This three-week programme aims to build confidence, self-worth, and leadership skills among young participants from diverse backgrounds. The programme is underpinned by core principles from the Foundation of Transformational Leadership, which include the beliefs that everyone deserves health and happiness, that we are all part of a single human family, that the heart of leadership is service and that meaningful change requires cooperation and a commitment to embodying the change we wish to see in the world. These foundational principles are woven throughout the programme content and shared directly with the students.
[PAUSE 10 SECONDS]
The programme follows a structured daily schedule designed to build leadership skills progressively. Key days include
Day 1, which focuses on welcoming participants and framing the programme;
Day 2, which focuses on understanding leadership and emotional intelligence;
Day 3, which discusses emotional intelligence and its impact on leadership;
Day 4, which explores different leadership styles.
The schedule continues with topics such as assumptions and labelling, teamwork, communication tools, presence, public speaking, self-limiting beliefs, and culminates with vision boarding, goal setting, and finally, a reflective round-up on Day 13.
