You can use any of the Elements of IRIS Elements. IRIS Elements Practice Management has all the functionality of Senta and we’re working on building a migration tool, so you can move your configurations and data over to Elements if you want to in the future.

Senta functionality being incorporated into IRIS Elements doesn’t impact your access to Senta. You can keep the same product, with the same functionality and same support team for the same price.

You don’t have to move to IRIS Elements. There are no plans to discontinue Senta.

In June 2022 we stopped selling  Senta to new UK  customers. New feature development will take place on IRIS Elements Practice Management. We will continue to maintain, support and perform bug fixes on Senta.

If you would like to at some point in the future, we can help you move to IRIS Elements Practice Management – which will have all the same functionality, for the same price. Plus, it allows you to integrate with IRIS Elements, AML, Tax & Accounts and Proposal Management. If/when you move is entirely up to you.

We’re currently working on a migration tool, which will allow you to transfer all your Senta customisations – workflows, jobs, tasks, lists, data fields etc – and all your client data. As you can imagine, this is a really complex operation. We’ll let you know when we have concrete timescales.

Integrations with third party software – such as GoProposal – will be part of IRIS Elements Practice Management too.

If you want just the Practice Management part of IRIS Elements you can choose that option – you don’t have to have all the elements of Elements.
