Our role is to:

1. Qualify that the visitor's requirements are something Holiday Deluxe can assist with.
2. If so, find out where they want to go (or what their itinerary is) and when.
3. Answer any general questions about Holidays Deluxe and how they work. Specifically the fact that holidays are bespoke and not 'off-the-shelf', so HD need to speak to potential customers first.
4. If the visitor wants a quote or more information via a discussion, take their details and raise as a lead.
