Our role is to:

1. Identify the requirements of the visitor and confirm if they are an existing client (if so, direct them to email in as per Script Steps)
2. Answer any questions about Heelan Associates 
3. For new clients, take details and book a discovery call via calendly (or raise as a lead if the visitor does not want a call)
