No.  However, we can provide additional resource and expertise to the Data Protection Officer (or Data Protection Lead/Manager)  if they feel that they could use some additional support in fulfilling their duties.  This might be through review of documentation, provision of staff training, data protection audits, legitimate interests assessments, or data protection impact assessments .
