Our role is to:
- Understand the requirements of the visitor and confirm if they are an existing client
- For existing clients - Take details, including make/model and if personal or business lease (if relevant and not already stated), and raise
For new clients - Take details, including make/model and if personal or business lease, book a call via Calendly if possible, and raise as a lead
