The bin store can be found at A Block  & C Block (code required).

Where is the Bike Store?

The bike store can be found behind each block we can provide further information once you arrive.

This is in the common room.

Where is the Gaming Area?

This is in the common room.

Where is the Pool Table?

This is in the common room.

What is included in the rent?

The rent is all Inclusive Bills / Wi-Fi and Contents Insurance.

What is the internet speed?

The internet in the accommodation is fast. 

Is there parking available?

There is no parking available. 

Is there a lift?

Yes there is a lift in each building. 

Is there on-site security or CCTV?

We have onsite CCTV and Staff/Wardens onsite at all times.

Can I schedule a tour?

Does the rent include property insurance?

Yes contents insurance is included. 

Is there an age limit for moving in?

You would need to be 18 and over.

Can I bring pets?

No pets are allowed. 

Can I bring family members?

Guests need to be signed in at reception and 1 overnight guest can stay for 3 consecutive nights. 

Can I move in with an academic visit visa?

As long as you are a full-time student over the age of 18, you will be able to stay with us.

Can I move into my apartment early?

No, sorry. 

How many floors does the building have?

There are 4 floors.

What documents do I need?

Form or ID (passport/Driving license) Proof of student status and guarantor information in applicable proof of address and Form of ID.

What room types are there?

We have Ensuite rooms and studios in our accommodation. 

Are there female only shared flats?

Is there a well-being and assistance app?

we have an health assured app available 24/7 for all students.

What are the tenancy lengths?

Ensuites have a mixture of 44/51 Week tenancies and studios have 51 week tenancies.
