In what condition should I leave my room?


Your room must be left clear from any belongs/rubbish and should be left clean.


Do I need to clean my room?


Yes, we ask you leave the room as it was on your arrival.


Where do I return my key?


You can book a checkout slot with one of out team at cathedralpoint@collegiate-ac.com or pop to reception to book one.


Can I store any items?


You can only store items if you will be staying in the same room the following year.


How do I rebook?


To rebook, you can log in to your online portal account. Should you have any difficulties you can visit reception and we can help you.


If I rebook, what do I do for the week(s) between tenancies?


Should you be in the same room, you will be able to bridge both bookings together for the weeks in between or alternatively book storage if you will not be living in the room. 


Can I extend  over the summer?


You can extend over the summer you can do this via the website or email us at cathedralpoint@collegiate-ac.com or pop down to reception.
