When can I arrive - out of hours / when can I check in - how much notice do you need?
You can arrive from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 24 hours notice will be needed.

What do I need to bring?
You would need to bring ID and your QR code for check in.
Where can we park/unload?
We are close to a couple of car parks you can use, more detail will be provided in the check in information details.
Where is Reception?
Reception is located at the front of the building.

Do you have trolleys?
Yes however there is limited availability on these.
How do I get to my room?
On check in you will be directed to your room by one of our team.
Do I need to pay before I move in?
Yes you will need to pay your 1st instalment or full payment dependent on your Tenancy agreement.
Can my family stay with me when I first check in?
Guests need to be signed in at reception and 1 overnight guest can stay for 3 consecutive nights.
Do you have a luggage storing area?
We do not have a luggage storage area.
Am I able to get support with my luggage on arrival?
We have some staff available to help should you need assistance.
Do you provide an airport shuttle service?
Unfortunately not.
How do I check in out of hours?
We do not offer out of hours check in.
