Where is the Bin Store?

We have 2 bins stores, one is located between A & B block, and the second is located between D & E block.

Where is the Bike Store?

We have outdoor bike racks in both of our courtyard areas.

Where is the Cinema Room?

The cinema room is located in the common areas of E block.

Where is the Gaming Area?

We have table football in the common area of E block, and a pool table in the common area near B block.

Where is the Pool Table?

We have a pool table in the common area near B block.

What is included in the rent?

Your rent includes your room, all bills, Wi-Fi, access to a gym, cinema room and study rooms. It also includes maintenance responding to any issues, housekeeping cleaning common areas and security overnight 

What is the internet speed?

The internet speed is 20mbps.

Is there parking available?

There are a number of car parks and on street parking nearby.

Is there a lift?

Yes each block has at least one lift.

Is there on-site security or CCTV?

We have CCTV throughout our buildings and outdoor areas, and security staff on site from 5pm - 9am daily and all day on weekends.

Does the rent include property insurance?

Contents Insurance is included within the rent with Endsleigh Insurance.

How much is the parking?

There are a number of car parks and on street parking nearby, all with various payment rates.

Is there an age limit for moving in?

Yes, you must be 18+ and in full time education in a UK University. 

Can I bring pets?

Pets are not allowed, sorry. 

Can I bring family members?

Your family can come and help you move in, then we allow 1 guest per resident, and they all must be signed in 

Can I move in with an academic visit visa?

Yes you can. 

Can I move into my apartment early?

Please email bagotstreet@collegiate-ac.com and we will confirm if an early arrival is possible, subject to availability.   

How many floors does the building have?

Our buildings vary from 8 to 16 floors high.

What documents do I need to book?

You will require photo ID, proof of student status, student ID card if have one. Guarantor will require proof of address (utility bill dated within last 3 months or current Council tax bill), photo ID.

What room types are there?

We have 6 types of room; Standard Ensuite, Standard Plus Ensuite, Premium Ensuite, Deluxe Ensuite, Studio and Premium Studio.

Are there female only shared flats?

We will try and accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee these.  Book early to increase the likelihood that we can accommodate your request.

Can I see photos and videos?

Yes, there are photos on our website and if you contact the Bagot Street Team, we can assist with specific requests.

Is there a well-being and assistance app?

The Student Assistance Programme is a 24 hour helpline from Health Assured to support you through any of life's issues or problems. There is also their app you can download.

What are the tenancy lengths available?

We have 45 or 51 week tenancies available.
