How do I pay the rent?

You can pay your rent via the Collegiate portal or bank transfer.

I can't make a payment yet. How can I avoid further action?

You must speak to a member of the site accommodation staff to discuss any rent payment issues.

Can I pay in instalments?

You can pay by 4 instalments if you have a UK based guarantor or use the YourGuarantor Service.

What are the requirements?

You must be a full time student at a UK university to live here. If you wish to pay in instalments, a UK based guarantor is required that is over the age of 25 and resides within the UK.
