The table football table can be located in common area at the bottom of Block E and between block A & B.
Where are the Study Areas?
We have a study room located next to the common area of Block E.
Where is the Smoking Area?
Smoking areas can be found in the courtyard areas of all buildings.
What should I do if the fire alarm is sounding?
Calmly follow the fire exit signs that will direct you out of the building.
Is there staff available 24/7?
We have Collegiate staff on site Mon - Fri between 9am and 5:30pm, and our Security team on site between 5pm and 9am daily, and at all times during weekends.
Do you offer printing services?
We do not offer printing services, sorry.
If I receive online shopping packages, will the front desk help with the collection?
Our front desk team will receive parcels, and they can be collected between 12noon and 5pm daily. Outside these hours parcels can be collected from our security team if pre-arranged.

Can I have parcels delivered before I arrive?
With prior arrangement we can receive a small number of parcels before you arrive. Please contact the site team to arrange this

The office opening times are 9am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday.
How to we report a problem out of hours?

How do I collect mail/parcels?
You can collect parcels between 12noon and 5pm daily. Register your email with our Parcelforce system to receive notifications when a parcel arrives.
How can we use a vacuum cleaner?
Each flat has a shared vacuum cleaner all residents can use.
How can we play pool?
Speak to our reception team to be given pool equipment. You will need to leave your ID with the team until the equipment is returned.
How can I get a replacement key?
Yes, our team can replace a lost or broken key but there will be a charge for this.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
Maintenance issues can be reported via the Collegiate Portal under the log maintenance section. If it is an emergency please contact the reception or security team.
