How do I use the laundry machines - Circuit App?

We have 2 laundry rooms. 1 operated by Circuit and another by Washstation. Full instructions can be found in the laundry rooms themselves.

How do I top up my laundry credit?

You can top up laundry credit through the app.

Who can help with laundry issues?

You can contact  Circuit or Washstation directly using the contact details in the laundry room. Speak to a member of staff if you need help with this.

Do I have to pay for the laundry?

Yes you will need to pay for the use of the washing machines and tumble dryers 

How much is the laundry?

The prices for the washing machines and tumble dryers are display on each of the machines.

Is laundry available within my flat?

No, laundry is only available in one of the two laundry rooms on site.

Is the laundry shared?

The laundry room is shared by all residents in the building.
