Bagot Street arrival information

When can I arrive - out of hours/ when can I check in - how much notice do you need? 


Our staff are on site between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and we require 24 hours notice. Check in out of hours can be arranged if all parts of you application and pre-check paperwork is completed. 


No arrival slots available, what do I do?

What do I need to bring to check in?


Your ID and check in QR code to make check in as smooth as possible 


Where can we park/unload when moving in?


There are a number of car parks very close to the accommodation. 


Where is Reception?


We have 2 receptions, one on either side of the road. One for blocks A,B and C, and the other for blocks D and E

Do you have trolleys?


We will have some trolleys but will have very limited availability.


How do I get to my room?


When checking in a member of our team will direct you to your room.


Do I need to pay before I move in?


Yes, either your full payment or first instalment must be paid prior to move in.


Can my family stay with me when I first check in?


Residents can have one guest can stay with them for up to 3 consecutive nights, and the guest will need to have signed in.


Do you have a luggage storing area?


We do not have a luggage storage area.


Am I able to get support with my luggage on arrival?


We have staff on site who will be happy to help when available. 


Do you provide an airport shuttle service?


We can't provide an airport shuttle service.
