The pump is not working for my Absorb product.

Sorry about that. This is an air bubble that is blocking the flow of the CBD, and there are three ways to clear it:

[PAUSE 10 SECONDS]

1. Give it several hard shakes downwards towards the nozzle. Test it.

[PAUSE 10 SECONDS]

2. Do the same as above, but knock it against a hard surface several times. Test it.

[PAUSE 10 SECONDS]

3. If the last two methods don’t work, pull the white inner cartridge gently out from the outer see through plastic case. Below the nozzle you will see a spring and below that, on the white cylinder, you can see a seam which is the join for the nozzle (which acts as a cap) on the cartridge. Gently tease this off, you may need to use a blunt knife or screwdriver just to tease it off. Once off the air bubble will have dispersed. Replace the cap/nozzle and away you go.
