Yes, we have flexible policies to accommodate changes in your teams’ schedule. We'll provide our detailed policy document for review during the booking process, but generally, workshops and coaching sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. 

Refunds are also available, subject to the relevant service terms and conditions we’ll make plain within the agreement for each booking.
