If you would like to cancel or re-arrange your hire please call the branch you're due to collect from to advise you no longer want/need the item(s). If you're wanting to reschedule please advise the new dates the kit is required and they will be happy to arrange this.
If you're wanting to cancel a delivery this needs to be advised no later than 24 hours before the delivery is due to take place. If cancelled on the day the delivery is due to take place charges may still apply.
Once cancelled any pending/held payments will be issued back onto the card used to hire the equipment within 3-7 working days dependant on who it is you bank with.
