HSS Deposit & ID

Deposit

If you're placing an order online a 2 weeks hire charge (before discounted rates) will be payable in branch on collection or if you have chosen our delivery option you will be contacted from the branch assigned to arrange payment. (For higher value equipment you may still be required to visit your local branch to provide ID and use our chip & pin)

Any powered access and/or items ordered through our HSS OneCall department will require a £1000 deposit and 21% damage waiver if not on credit account. 

Once the items are plant returned any outstanding deposit will be refunded into your bank within 3-7 working days dependant on who it is you bank with. 

 Full information regarding deposits and the refund will be issued on your order confirmation email.

ID 

The ID you will be required to present to the branch must include 1 x photographic identification along with 1 x proof of address. You will also need the card you ordered with.

The name on the order is the person that should collect - If not yourself collecting please let the branch you're collecting from know as this will be branch descretion as to whether the kit is released. If an employee is collecting on behalf of a company please bring proof of employment. 

Any Powered access or items ordered through our HSS Onecall department will require 2 forms of ID to be taken to the branch along with deposit before being released.
