What to expect

• Betty probably won’t be able to answer all your questions.  
  She’s learning how to link questions to answers and if she doesn’t know, she will tell you. 
• Sometimes Betty will misunderstand what you have asked and give an answer you weren’t looking for. 
• Betty doesn't have access to specific information about you as an individual student or details about ceremonies on particular dates, she'll be unable to answer these questions. 
• If unsure of any of the answers you have been given, Betty can put you thorough to the team or take a message. 

How you can help

• Ask simple, singular questions.
  Try rephrasing any questions that Betty can’t answer.
• Use the thumbs up and down icons after each answer, to let us know if it was accurate.
• Leave feedback at the end of the chat. To end the chat, close down the chat window using the x in the top right hand corner. 
  You’ll be asked for a star rating and any additional comments.  We want to know what you think - good or bad.
