If you have already nominated a delegate, they just need to call us to make a booking on your behalf.

If you haven't already nominated a delegate, we'll need that in writing. Just email the details of the person you'd like to nominate to ceremonies@open.ac.uk.

We will respond to your email within 48 working hours to let you know this has been set up.

Don't forget that if you want your delegate to purchase guest tickets for you, they will need to pay for them too. We will take payment over the phone.
